The FirstRowe Speech & Feeding Therapy Center specializes in diagnostic evaluation and treatment services for infants and children with speech, language, feeding and swallowing disorders. We are proud to share many success stories treating pediatric dysphagia and improving communication skills in nonverbal and minimally verbal children with autism, apraxia, dysarthria, selective mutism, cerebral palsy, language disorders, and developmental delays. We strive to make a difference by providing high-quality individually designed therapy sessions based on current research, clinical expertise, extensive training, and successful approaches.

Natalia Rowe, M.S., CCC-SLP, is the Founder and Director of the First Rowe Child Speech & Feeding Therapy Center. With nearly 20 years of experience across the U.S. and abroad, she brings exceptional expertise in speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders. Trained in both Russia and the United States, including earning her Master’s degree from Columbia University, Natalia has worked in settings ranging from neonatal intensive care to early intervention and university teaching. She is widely recognized for her success in helping nonverbal and minimally verbal children with autism and childhood apraxia of speech achieve meaningful progress. As Director, she not only provides direct therapy but also hires and trains the clinic’s therapists, fostering a team approach that empowers children and families to thrive.
